Ashley discovered her passion for baking at a young age, inspired by cooking shows and early recipe experiments shared with friends and family. After earning her bachelor’s degree and spending time in Corporate America, she chose to follow her true calling and enrolled in culinary school. Ashley graduated with honors in Contemporary Pastry Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and, one year later, committed full-time to Sugar Coated Bakery.
